Services

We provide rental appraisal services intended to estimate potential rental value for residential properties. Our services are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to the disclaimers set out below.

Accuracy of Information Provided

You agree that all information you provide to us when requesting a rental appraisal is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. We rely on the information you provide when preparing an appraisal and accept no responsibility for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

Fees and Payment

  • Fees are charged in accordance with the pricing agreed to by you at the time of signing up to our services.
  • We bill in arrears, with invoices issued at the end of each calendar month.
  • The account holder is solely responsible for payment of all invoices issued.
  • Prices and fees may be varied by us at any time. Where changes occur, we will provide at least one (1) month’s notice prior to the change taking effect.

Our payment arrangements are protected under the Security of Payment legislation applicable in Australia. Nothing in these Terms limits our rights to recover outstanding amounts owed to us under applicable law.

Overdue Invoices

If any invoice remains unpaid past its due date, we reserve the right to:

  • Pause or suspend access to our services;
  • Cancel services entirely until payment is made in full; and/or
  • Refer the outstanding debt to a debt collection agency or take other lawful recovery action.

You will be responsible for any reasonable costs incurred in recovering overdue amounts.

Cancellation of Services

Either party may cancel services effective immediately, for any reason, by providing notice to the other party. Cancellation does not relieve you of any obligation to pay fees already incurred or invoiced.

Disclaimer – Rental Appraisals

Our rental appraisals are provided solely for the purpose of assisting with supporting loan applications or for general guidance.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Rental appraisals are estimates only and do not guarantee that a property will be leased at the appraised rental amount;
  • We make no representations regarding tenant demand, vacancy periods, or market performance;
  • We accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from:
    • Failure to secure a tenant at the appraised rental;
    • Extended vacancy periods;
    • Financial loss, including inability to meet loan or credit repayments;
    • Decisions made by lenders or financial institutions.

You rely on our appraisals entirely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability – Website Use

While we take reasonable steps to ensure the security and functionality of our Website and any affiliated links:

  • We do not warrant that the Website will be free from viruses, malware, or security breaches;
  • We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or interruption resulting from:
    • Viruses or malicious code;
    • Security breaches;
    • Website downtime;
    • Use of third-party or affiliated links.
